• Political parties, lobbying entities and opaque intermediaries are excluded

Public and Multilateral Funding
Support from governmental, international or multilateral research and cultural programmes.

Foundations and Non‑Profits
Philanthropic organisations aligned with transparency, research integrity and responsible innovation.

Corporate Support (Limited and Controlled)
Corporate funding is accepted only where aligned with public‑interest technology governance and subject to ethics review.
